Frequently Asked Questions

Where is your clothing made? All of our products are produced in Thailand.  We responsibly import from small makers and designers.

Do you sell wholesale?: YES! Please email us at info@ElephantIslandImports.com for wholesale information.

Where do you ship from?: We import directly from the manufacturer in Thailand and ship from our offices in Tampa Bay, Florida.


What method of shipment do you use?: We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) using First Class Mail for smaller packages and Standard Post on larger packages. On occasion, we may utilize UPS or FedEx where applicable at our discretion.

How long will it take to receive my order?: We ship within one business day after orders are placed.  Typically, USPS First Class Mail and Standard Post take 2-9 days to arrive to the destination.  For shipping times from Tampa, Florida to your location, please visit the USPS website.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?: Not at this time, we currently ship within the U.S only.

What if I need my order expedited?: You may email us PRIOR to placing your order so that we can decide which shipping method will best suit your needs and costs.

What if I need to return or exchange my order?: We do offer returns within 7 days (on unworn, unwashed merchandise) after you receive your order. Returns must have a Return Authorization Code issued by us. Returns sent without obtaining a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted and refunds will not be given. Buyer will pay for return shipping and original shipping will not be refunded. Face Masks are Final Sale and cannot be returned for any reason due to COVID-19.
